1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChannelOpt (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChannelOpt is an AI-powered product listing optimization platform. The Service includes product content optimization, ad creative generation, image generation, quality scoring, and marketplace export tools. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts and Organizations
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account belongs to an organization, and data is isolated between organizations. You may invite team members who will share access to your organization's data.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge overage fees — when you reach your plan limit, additional usage is blocked until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to your product data, listings, and creative content. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or generate using the Service. Content generated by the AI is provided for your use and may be used commercially without restriction.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by ChannelOpt is created using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, compliant with marketplace policies, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before uploading to marketplaces.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or violates marketplace policies. You may not attempt to access other organizations' data, reverse engineer the Service, or use automated tools to abuse rate limits.
8. Data and Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Organization data is logically isolated — each organization can only access its own products, listings, and settings. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, marketplace account issues, or content errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
